Maybe they will mount a bid with the express aim to only get to 25% or so. They only need another 5% to stop ARQ bid dead in the water.
I would also think that there might already be 5% of AZA shareholders who would be happy to stop the merger!!!
So it will be a low offer but only slightly above the current ARQ/AZA takeover value.
Interesting times.
