If NXS were excluded from the original opportunity because Viking were buying AZA shares then they may avoid the need to go beyond the 20% threshold and rely on their relationship with Viking to block. An announcement of substantial holding by Viking of a tad over 5% would do it. Wonder how much AZA Viking are holding now?
