It very much looks like NXS needs cash and is offloading its stake in ROC at around the $0.50 level. I was a NXS shareholder and have switched from NXS to ROC today on the basis that I believe that NXS are artificially keeping the ROC SP low. The 10% NXS shareholding held by ROC still provides NXS exposure.
