Slide #26 frm the Maloney's AGM preso clearly states,
'potential JV partner completing due-diligence with a binding proposal expected in nxt few weeks'.
So thats the first bit, which IMO is causing the SP to move up. The mkt perhaps sees this as a mark of confidence.
The second part is related to FID.
Slide #25 frm the AGm states, 'Lenders currently conducting DD & risk assessments on FID process'. This will b early 2012.
For now, its abt getting the Chinese to sign the binding proposal.
23rd Jan is the start of their NY, Year of the Dragon. So hope to see closure on the Crux farmout, firstup.
