NLC aren't progressing at snails pace...they have let over $600m in contracts out of the EOI bin which started early last year so far and looking to triple baseload power in some ridiculous timeframe.....money talks...NLC are spending it......are ECT really involved....the contract letting of $400m alone for design, supply and installation. supercritical boilers alone which is only a shot in the ocean would suggest that they are interested in flipping away from straight lignite burning
