I know the system of the Blockchain. Ironically the Blockchain has no superstition system because of its decentralized nature. It is almost impossible for outstanders to identify the participants of a deal. A deal and a trade on the Ethereum Blockchain is settled by Thousands and maybe Millions of Users worldwide. To find out who made the trade you have to hack each and every node. Crypto Exchanges like Binance and Huobi have their own "Know your Customer"-Systems. In their own interest they dont have very strong rules. Cryptos are massively used by criminals to wash their money by the way because they know that the Police cant identify them easily.
