How often do we see the big guys innovate beyond what they currently do that is their core? Extremely rare. They just build up their war chest and acquire those innovators when they prove to be distributive and that will likely be the case here.. or Animoca will simply become one of the big guys and keep leading the blockchain gaming / NFT gaming space. I have great faith in the sandbox to become one of those disruptive games. As some have mentioned blockchain gaming has yet come up with an incredible game for gamers. IMO we need to keep in mind that blockchain gaming and NFT is still in its infancy and anything great takes time to grow. It is only a matter of time when a great blockchain game gets released that will lead gamers to utilise it as a mainstream entertainment. Us shareholders are obviously betting that Animoca will be the one delivering that adaption to mainstream.

Another example is: Tesla has been around for a long time and none of the big guys had previously thrown serious cash into competing in the electric car market until arguable it is too late and will cost them much more to compete in that space now.
