Arbitrary. It's uncanny how exact they've been. PEN was on its way down - the COVID-19 issue just hastened the process.
So now that the IRR approval, COVID-19 issue and the NFWG is out of the way, what's next to launch the PEN rocket? Not much in my opinion. The quarterly won't be good and the contract monetisation deadline draws ever closer. I think the downtrend in the PEN SP has been re-established.
