I have a quite a number of single female relations, who work in the private and public sectors, and they claim that mothers returning to work is just a social gathering for them.

They claim that as single female, they have carry most of the burden - guess that is what meant by being family friendly employer.

Anyhow, we need to go back to discussion of the thread title. Stop waffling on about non related stuff that's not applicable to the title.
