Do I sense the Green/ALP's inversion of terms & concepts such as "expenditure" is peddled as "investment".

We cannot play our own game, we consume way in excess of our earnings potential. We are dependent on humans more frugal that us.

So much so that Australians with a GDP of USD $54,000 p.p.p.a have to rely on the savings of the Chinese who merely earn $6,500 USD p.p.p.a

That is somewhat sicking.
