A postive thought came to mind when THX announced acquiring the extra 30% of Allamber that they did not have to settle for 30 days. Great I thought if the other company had plans to sell it would be well into the new financial year.
But did you see the ann today by THX, they have settled on the 27th June and issued the shares.
I wonder have they been the seller and needed sales before the end of the financial year. At an issue price of 27.5 cents anything above that is profit. Just a thought.
Now it maybe THX wanted an early settlement to tell us some good news.
Yes I have been buying, I cant believe my luck at the price. I have dropped other stock to fill up.
