I like and hold both. 51.5c share price with an after tax NTA of approx 72.5c.
On top of the nta there is approx 36c of tax losses that can be offset against future tax payable. This will be helpful when they sell their Kar shares for $2+. The NTA includes approx 28c cash which helps limit downside.
