Good luck with news on the contracts. You should think about what your plans are if a CR/placement does take place. Suppose there is news on the contracts, the SP rises, we get a trading halt and then CR/placement. Now, the SP will most likely fall to level of the CR/placement price. If you hold on to your shares rather than sell on the news to make some profit, you may be entitled to more shares through the (possible) CR than if you had held.

Or perhaps, depending on the size of your holding, you can sell ~half and keep half... or perhaps you sell say half at double the price you bought for so you recoup your costs and still have half of your holding.

Their cash is about 1.5 million at the moment. I didn’t see anything about them having debt though!
