    Looks like the feds just gave CTP $6m - to do something they were going to do anyway.

    That is nearly 8% of CTP's market cap. No tax cos substantial accumulated losses. Probably puts CTP into positive equity too.

    Sweet! Straight off the MQG debt or some extra drilling.
