Perhaps they are setting it aside should the wheel fall off the cart in regard to GRR.
After all they were very quick in telling us when GRR lost the Court case in Brizzy, but they never said anything about it when they lost the appeal with the Appellant Court in Texas and where they were ordered to pay for all costs too. Go Figure!!!!
I could be wrong here, but to me it appears that they are very reluctant of releasing any information which goes against them. Perhaps someone is still of the opinion that it is all just a "Frivolous Issue" although it would have costs us some millions of dollars fighting it to this date.
