    NGPL would fetch approximately $3Bn in my opinion.
    EBITDA for the six months to Dec 31 was $133.6M. EBITDA forecast for FY2010 is $256M. At an 11.5X EBITDA multiple, fair value for NGPL is $2.95Bn.
