Whilst I'm sure everyone wants to see a deal signed, I still find this news positive.
Using common sense, there's no way PEK would terminate negotiations on a funding deal if they didn't already have another (probably more enthusiastic, possibly even better) deal in the sidelines.
True, I just want to see the SP rise high, but at least the company isn't pandering on hands and knees to a potential investors whim.
PEK still holds the cards and it looks like a flush!
