    Current Valuation

    The NH3 Market Cap is currently ~$40m which equates to ~4% of the $951m NPV of the Base Case Phase 1 & 2 WAH2 staged Project. We think given the significant progress made, the company is significantly undervalued. In our view, at this stage a fair value would be in the range of 10-15% of the $951m base case Phase 1 & 2 NPV. This would imply a current market cap range of A$95-$142m for NH3 Clean Energy.


    This equates to a share price 14-21c per share.
