    Acquisitions ought be capable of being accretive to the company's earnings per share. 'Mr Market' tends to like growing companies does he not?

    I like companies in sectors where revenue can vary enormously from year to year to be debt free, and to keep some funds in the bank for leaner years, but a reasonable dividend is naturally welcome.
