Can't tell you exactly but I think it's mostly it's at/near spot (adjusted for grade). Some more knowledgeable members care to comment?
Nobody knows how long coal price will hold, but at these prices it won't take long to de risk the investment.
I feel that there are a lot of things going on, especially supply constraints as mentioned in other posts. This is because of regulatory/environmental, financing, ESG pressures ... for me this smells like opportunity. This situation seems a bit nuts to me. Everyone's talking about gold, iron ore, lithium, rare earths, etc ... coal seems to be flying under the radar ... or my understanding is wrong.
