Some of the price escalation must be NSW flood impact, which means NHC sales likely impacted, which is a negative.
Medium term there has been low new investment due to ESG.
This is not just a run-of-the-mill boom/bust, my money says its stronger for longer.
I will not sell until I hear an update from management, because they have a better idea than anyone what is going on, and they were buying last month at 367c.
Sounds easy, buy in at $1 and sell now, but that's Harry Hindsight, I averaged in from ~$2 all the way down and up again, all-in for $1.84, but have had posters telling me I'm an idiot all the way down and up, its only easy in the rear view mirror.

It’s returned me 30 cents FF divi on ave buy in.

Happy to let my winners run, knowing full well the base commodity price will normalise in time.

That said, find me a stock, apart from WHC trading on such a low FCF multiple & I’ll happily divest.

Until then, I’ll sleep with the lights & the AC running day and night.
