i just thought to bring forward this spreadsheet from some time ago, now when the gross underestimation of NHC becomes increasingly obvious
just compare the numbers
WHC had 636mln 1H Ebidta, now reporting 3bln for fy expected, means 2H ebidta is 3.5 times higher than that of 1H
take NHC with their 545mln 1H ebidta, same proportion gives us around 2bln ebidta for the 2H, twice more that in the spreadsheet below
not only i expect now min $1 divvy per share - safe bottom, i would put it like that
the sp is way too low than it should have been compare to WHC
roughly 2.5bln/3bln*5.3bln/832mln shares =
$5.3 per share - fair sp on-pair with WHC performance...
