    New mine = money pit. Capex costs are raising it would be stupid to proceed with all the uncertainty with legal and constructions.

    Just stick with the plan mine coal and make cash and send it to shareholders in dividends.

    We are not a specky. Go somewhere else if your looking for some magic beans. Go look at Bowen coal.
