The Convertible Note issue was intended to cash them up for a new acquisition. IIRC that fell through based on a particular asset, but I also thought the idea was alive for an expansion/diversification.
That said, I'm more than happy if they keep CAPEX low, reward SH with decent/awesome dividends, and continue as a low cost operator. It is nice to have a little green to offset the mid year bloodletting red almost everywhere else.
