Much appreciated your report and assessment. You said you went to the Malabar AGM "as a shareholder". You were referring to your NHC shareholding were you?
I know Malabar traded on the ASX as MBC before delisting and going back private. But I wonder how many of those shareholders have kept their shares?
Based on your assumptions being "very conservative", would it be fair to say that should they consistently prove to be so moving forward, then NHC may expect to see a dividend from their investment a year or two earlier?
