I only found out about the equity raise through a friend. To participate you needed to be a so called “sophisticated investor” for which you need to get accredited by an accountant. It is easy enough. I had it already from a previous private investment.

interestingly they said that they have not had the same issues with sourcing equipment as other miners, due to the fact it is underground mining, and there are very few capital projects of a similar nature. They said it was a lot more difficult sourcing plant and equipment for open pit type operations - dump trucks etc.
as you would know, the site already has existing infrastructure such as rail spur, loading and storage, admin, services etc.
