I don't really see it making a difference whether the amount is paid before or after 31 January-the important point is they had the cash to pay it plus the dividend plus having money for capex. (The cash is accumulating every week at a great rate even at current spot prices). It's a good position to be in and NHC is a gold mine under the guise of mining coal!!
