I hold small number of shares what is considered as being unmarketable parcel, mainly due to to poor management performance in a number of companies. But in this case I may hold in NHC as an unmarked parcel in case of capital raising and the future looks better than I had expected. ‘This tactic has worked for me on a few occasions, being able to buy larger parcel on CR because of reversal of a company prospects.
Unfortunately, the corp act changes has catered or supported poor company management performance by the reversal of previous option where if they didn’t hear from u, it meant that u want to retain ur unmarketable parecel.
