I've noticed a lot of positive sentiment here. Im interested in why people think NHC is a buy at this price ie $5.23.
Forecasts are predicting $0.67 EPS over the next few years (source)
super simple math example at 40% payout ratio that would be $0.268 dividend or 5.1%. Doesn't seem that great.
I would appreciate any feedback and any rough maths people are using if you're willing to give it. Dont get me wrong I'm bullish and prepared to come back with my reasons but would love to know what people are thinking.
