    Pilatus – simple calculation, 25% of the total shares on issue was dumped below 12C after the company announced downsizing in March this year (this equates ~200M shares). All those who bought below 12C are the ones selling with good profit including myself (I am still holding my original parcel with free carrying after took the profit at 12C). So there is no surprise if NHC is able to buy 45M without pushing the SP higher.
