If NHC really are building an increased position in DTE for a bid, then don't expect them to overpay.
SOL (about 60% holder of NHC) are the kings of low ball offers.
They would rather have a go at picking up a company for a song (and will drag it out over months and months, often extending the offer period to wear down holders), and they will walk away if it doesn't work out for them.
