I was worried that the size of coal shipments set by me at 100,000 tonnes might be wrong.
I sampled 8 shipments and found that the first 7 selected at random shipments were averaging about 87,000 tonnes then the last .no 8 was 183,000 tonnes.
that meant the mean average was close to 100,000.
of interest one shipment of 82,000 tonnes had destination "PRC" .This ship was registered in the Marshall Islands.
