It may be better to think in terms of coal spec and market. For example, the thermal coal coming out of the US into the seaborne market is quite different from Indonesia (the largest producer). The tied up thermal coal would otherwise go to European power plants and Indian industry. So sure, it doesn't compete directly with NHC. But I wouldn't say it doesn't have any impact, as those customers will look elsewhere...
