Hi All,

I attended the NHC AGM & on looking back on Rob Millner address to the meeting I suggest that shareholders read from Page 26 on his address.

They are persuing two Coal to Liquids methods that are due to commence in March this year. They have been looking at this for a period of time & it would be interesting if that part of their agenda and their 20% shareholding in the company is delaying any negiotating with the other party.

If the company is taken over it will not be as a takeover as such but by way of a Scheme of Arrangement as what happened to BOW Energy. That way they don't need 90% of the shares to complete a takeover
