Well the company has the power to take a trading halt to prevent investors making the ill informed decisions to which you refer. That’s what it’s there for. I’m mystified as to why they haven’t. And if the newsletter is a fake, then they could have cleared that up in an instant as well. Very poor effort from management in my opinion either way. If you want to be a publicly listed company then it’s your responsibility to keep the public informed.
