I admit can't explain how they're getting medical rebates. Although, I'm not quite sure I accept at face value that this is some government approved rebate. It sounded like the determination it came from a private entity - Pinnacle Health Group. Does a determination that you can report under a specific code mean you've qualified for government rebate? I really don't know enough about the CPT code system to answer this. What I'm curious though is why Tali/Novita doesn't seem to be in the FDA approvals or clearances database, at least none that I could find.
