I think we have faced the worst of the worst the past couple of days.
Still a lot volatility on the market we can expect
About nickel price, up 8.3% to 4..55usd/lb better than nothing, I take it
Even we can expect some turbulences for while, nickel price has been a carnage. Any nickel producers can survive at 4.15usd/lb NO WAY
Today it is a nice jump. I have a strong feeling ni price can bounce back progressively at 6.50 usd/lb before end of this year.Nickel stock so far is the major concern still too high but it sounds to drop. If we are on the downside trend, even it will take a while for China economic to rebound, but it will because China has made some monetary policies (yaun devaluation, bank interest down). Theses measures will help China to be on track. Could be earlier we expect. So if ni consumption is a bit better, ni stocks down. Ni price can bounce back over 6usd/lb. In addition nickel producers have not double their production capacity due to nickel price weak. in fact they have reduced it. Plus no new explorations the past 18 months. So a deficit or at least a huge drop can happen
We have a severe correction in China, all fake traders are dead now.China is willing to clean up its market.
About pos, we have cash hands, we can let the tsunami go, working on further production cost. As soon as market will pick up a little bit we will have two mines on operations LJ and W. keep in mind breakeven production cost at 5.30 and 3.4 respectively. We can make it mates. I was feeling down, but hopes is up there
