re: qrs: baked beens does us have to agree Teddy. QRS progress is unexplainably slow given it has the 'bees knees' technology - and given that the US security companies are fully aware of quadrupole capabilities.

I'm wondering what impact Quantum Magnetics, a subsidiary of Invision, who do have quadrupole patents themselves (though alledgedly far less in scope than QRS) will have or are having on QRS's attempts to push their barrow in the US.

I realise QRS have licenced three US manufacturers to play with their stuff, but it's taking forever to firm up contracts - assuming there'll ever be any. Would go berserk if say Rapiscan were to move on it, but condemned to death otherwise.
