Someone has been nibbling on TEX for about 4 weeks. On Balance Volume is up 5 million shares in that time. Considering that we are in a bear market that is a very decent outcome. Typical bear market behavior constantly flushes out weak longs at lower prices and we have just gone thru a successful rights fundraising that seems to be flushing out some of that new money back into the market without a continuing fall off in the sp.

The oppies are also looking quite strong this morning. Good luck to all longs
