Yes its still under negotiation. $3B to $4B for a 500kt/Annum production
is impossibly cheap so my guess is not 100% ownership. It could be like
our deal 80/20%, Or 70/30% ownership. Like you said, this is possitive for
NIC, I agree. As per another article, the sale is to strenghten Tsingshan
Liquidity arising from the short squeeze last March.
