Yes the NIC Board runs company but I can bet that the Tsing Board members have the biggest and most influential say. The Board does as it’s told.
They effectively own 28.4% now as last 8 lines are at 70% ownership.
Example of their say. The next 4 lines were supposed to come on line and start ramp up in October. However, they haven’t and instead they said recently at some point in the quarter.
I woukd have it a guess that Tsing said wait as we have over supply. So is the shareholders are missing out on production so Tsing doesn’t have more supply which you rightly said they are contracted to buy.

Remember there was this rush to get capital to pay for them as supposedly almost ready for October ramp up.
And I bet you they will also say wait to change more lines to matte. Why as it suits them and not other shareholders.

It’s my decision as a shareholder to question them and call them out and I want us selling to other customers which reduces our risk and therefore increase share price.
