A larger than expected consolidation due to the left field news event. If you read the ANN from the 14th June, it does provide a catalyst within itself to push PA high due the the potential for limited supply longer term.
Chart wise the fresh new multi year runs always have to climb the wall of worry/doubt as seen similar in 2019-2020.
Note also this news broke on a very bearish day for XMJ index. Has suspect timing written all over it.
