I would understand someone coming here to talk about Oil Palm Tree plantation in Indonesia.
But to have an issue with Indonesian Nickel production, which actually is becoming greener and greener it doesn't really make sense.
IMV tomboy is bitter and envious, because in Indonesia we produce the cheaper nickel around and with TD we have unlimited funding support to expand.
On the shorting one more time TD was/is shorting Nickel to stabilise its price for stainless steel production. If the companies involved in making NPI would not make anymore profits because of low price of nickel, where TD is going to get staff to make SS?
Also do you think that the Indonesian Gov. would allow TD to destroy this industry, creating unemployment in mining and NPI production for the sake of TD making a bit on Ni?
But more importantly, and this show how much you don't understand how finance work. by simply shorting or going long, you do not affect the price of anything. there need to be a change in supply/demand for this to happen.
