My guess is that he has a capital gains tax bill due about now for the shares sold at around the $2 mark in the past. It is consoling that he needs the SP to fly just as much as I do. That means that he will be making every effort in that direction. It is also pleasing that he sees fit to borrow against the shares rather than sell at todays SP. In his view they are underpriced.
Just my assumptions. I may be right or wrong.
