I suspect the stock will turn around as more and more boxes get ticked for the analysts, First earnings will be important.
In terms of his facility, its perfectly legit, Im not sure of CS's risk models but could tell you australian commercial banks would consider Lynas shares as having 50 percent of their actual value as releasable, thus i suspectt his facility is likely quite small
