I'm continued to be surprised by the last months rapid rise of NIC. Sure LME nickel spot prices have rebounded but the rebound of prices was an uncertain event. It was an inevitability, the only uncertainty was the timing.
I'm quite please with the recent gains this month. Slightly miffed that I reduced my holdings during the month from around 75% of my portfolio to 60%. Still I shouldn't complain. If there is much more upward movement I'll break even on purchase costs, while enjoying a decent dividend along the way.
I notice the shorts have started to back out and if things continue as they are this might compound on itself and we'll see further improvement in the NIC share price.
