Can anyone help some input?
1. How does the margins works? Is NIC profiting from
NPI price - Nickel ore price = Margin.
2. And how is NIC sourcing its ore for its 4 operating plant in IMIP, besides the Hengjaya mine
Or Hengjaya mine is a seperate operation with no input to the 4 plants?
3. If the annual NPAT for FY 2022-2023 can exceed 300 mil AUD, where should the market cap be fairly priced, 5 bil AUD or less? What the consensus PE ratio for this type of company. (value-adding or pure play mining)
Note: I dont know how to analyse the addition of the Nickel Matte production, but I reckon annual NPAT for FY 2022-2023 could easily clear 250 mil. Happy to be corrected.
