I don't think they are trying to avoid a rollover as refinancing was the base case in the 'illustrative overview' presented last quarter, so I am operating on the assumption that it will go ahead unless NIC indicates otherwise.
Also I think the Dec quarter results will surprise on the upside given the haul road ramp up, the contribution from HNC, and the low cost production at ANI and ONI which I expect will see RKEF margins average around the US$2,250 /t mark.
