I think our share registry consists of two big holders with UT and Tsingshan accounting almost
45% of shares who doesn't care about the sp. They don't buy they don't sell.
So it leaves to other big holders who can manipulate the sp by drift feeding it to lower the sp.
When a positive news comes, they buy big volume at low prices like what happened to the
release of quarter report, a massive 75 Million shares traded in just 2 days.
Then slowly drift feed it back again to lower the sp.
Unfortunately this is what is going on with NIC ever since frustrating small holders.
