I think this action is the start of the buy back....movement
Buy back was on the
1. Open market,
2. Start on the 1/3/24 till Feb 2025
3. They will just buy below a set amount ...say $1...if the price rises above this they will stop until it goes below.
They will just buy at a low cost .....any time. Until they get to $100M
Assuming all went to NIC ...which we know didn't..... total of $10M today
So there going to be some movement over the year......you better get in quick before NIC does.
